GE Aerospace 2026 Annual Enrollment
Monday, October 20 – Friday, October 31
Colleagues,
We continue to make significant investments in our employees by providing meaningful benefits that help you and your loved ones receive high quality of care. Driven by our commitment to providing a comprehensive benefits package and guided by your feedback, we’re excited to share the following updates for 2026:
For the third year in a row there will be no increases to your payroll contributions for medical, dental, and vision coverage. We’re proud to make this investment in our people despite the consistently high rate of medical inflation and business headwinds. With GE Aerospace taking on the increased cost of health care, this directly impacts each team member’s take home pay.
We’re also introducing two new programs for 2026:
- We’re expanding our Surgical Center of Excellence (COE) Network with Lantern to offer best-in-class surgical services while lowering costs for both you and GE Aerospace. You’ll have access to a personal Care Advocate who can help match you with a surgeon within our COE network for a planned, non-emergency procedure.
 - We’re introducing at-home holistic pain care with Sword Health, a top digital physical therapy partner employees can use anytime, anywhere, and at no cost to you.

Explore this Annual Enrollment guide to learn more about what’s new and what actions to take so you can make informed choices for your 2026 benefits. This guide is available without a login, so please share it with your eligible family members so they too can learn about all the resources available to them.
Wishing you all the best,
