Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) Offered Through WEX, Inc.

FSAs let you set aside pre-tax dollars from your paycheck to cover eligible expenses. They lower your taxable income and help you save money. There are three types of FSAs available to you:

HEALTH CARE FSA (HCFSA) AND LIMITED PURPOSE FSA (LPFSA)

Pay for eligible medical, dental, and vision expenses.

  • Limit: $3,400 in 2026 (min. $120)
  • Rollover: Up to $680 can be rolled over from 2026 to 2027
  • If you are enrolled in the HSA Medical Plan, you can enroll only in a Limited Purpose FSA (LPFSA) and these funds can only be used for dental or vision expenses

DEPENDENT CARE FSA (DCFSA)

Covers childcare (through age 12) or adult dependent care so you (and your spouse, if married) can work.

  • Limit: $5,000 per year (min. $120)
  • No rollover: unused funds are forfeited

Note: The DCFSA is subject to the annual IRS non-discrimination testing, and there may be a required adjustment made to your annual election amount depending on the testing results.

COMMUTER FSA

Covers eligible transit and parking costs.

  • Limit: $340/month in 2026
  • Balance rolls forward while you participate, but unused funds are forfeited if you leave the plan
