Submit a ticket via the Retriever portal if you have trouble logging into the benefits portal, current benefit questions, or other questions regarding your benefits.
Anthem BCBS’s Family Advocate
Contact our Family Advocate to help you understand your coverage, find trusted providers, ensure your care is coordinated as needed, or explore continuity-of-care options. Contact Anthem’s Family Advocates via phone at (844) 614-2167, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. MT. If it turns out your doctors are not in the Anthem Network and you are under a course of treatment, we may be able to offer you continuity of care.
USING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE:
- Open all documents and Retriever links directly in your mobile web browser (preferably Google Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone). Avoid opening links in the in-app browser as some pages may not display correctly or may prompt for multiple logins
- If a link opens inside another app, tap the share icon or three-dot menu, then select “Open in Chrome” (Android) or “Open in Safari” (iPhone)
- Ensure your browser settings allow pop-ups and cookies from your organization’s Benefitsolver or ServiceNow domain
- If you have issues accessing or opening a link, please submit a ticket via the Retriever portal
