meQ is a stress management program (available via web or app) designed to help you build resilience and respond more effectively to stress. meQ empowers you to take control of your wellbeing by accessing techniques and wellbeing content focused on emotional intelligence, self-care, and navigating uncertainty.

Start by completing a brief 7-8 minute assessment to discover your personal resilience profile including what drives you and where you might need extra support. From there, you’ll begin a personalized program that guides you step-by-step through new habits using interactive activities, short videos, guided meditations, and practical skills.

Find More Support through the Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through Optum, offers personal and confidential support to help you and your family manage life’s challenges, including stress, relationship issues, substance use, and depression. Services are available in many locations and include assessments, counseling, and referrals to in-network providers. Each member of the household is eligible for five no-cost counseling sessions per issue, per year.

Benefits Tip!

Consider finding a provider who is in-network within the Optum Behavioral Health Plan. This will allow you to receive care from the same provider you’ve built a relationship with if you anticipate needing more than five counseling sessions per issue, per year.
