USING YOUR MOBILE DEVICE:

• Open all documents and Retriever links directly in your mobile web browser (preferably Google Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone). Avoid opening links in the in-app browser as some pages may not display correctly or may prompt for multiple logins.
• If a link opens inside another app, tap the share icon or three-dot menu, then select “Open in Chrome” (Android) or “Open in Safari” (iPhone)
• Ensure your browser settings allow pop-ups and cookies from your organization’s Benefitsolver or ServiceNow domain
• If you have issues accessing or opening a link, please submit a ticket via the Retriever portal
